It’s official. We are now in Poland
To be precise, we’ve been in Poland since 2020, but COVID-19 changed our agenda. This time, we’re expanding our operations in Warsaw to support Ukrainian nationals and help them find a new place to live and work. If you’re a Ukrainian professional in the clinical data science space, this opportunity might be for you.
The war in Ukraine may have left you exiled from your home, without the support from an employer, or unsure where to go next. If so, we invite you to consider joining our office in Poland. Our company has space for statistical programmers (!), biostatisticians, clinical data managers, and others. At this challenging time, our commitment is to simplify the relocation process as much as possible:
Intego Clinical is part of Intego Group, which has been operating in the clinical data science space for over a decade. The Group currently has offices in Kharkiv, Kyiv, Warsaw, and Central Florida. At Intego Clinical, we have built a reputation for trust and transparency among our team and clients.
We started this relocation program to Warsaw for our employees from Ukraine just a couple of weeks ago. Now, we’re expanding it to include all clinical data science professionals with Ukrainian citizenship.

Those caught up in the war, are being forced to make extraordinarily difficult decisions day after day. We evacuated our employees with families to Western Ukraine 10 days before the war started and have moved part of our Ukrainian team to Poland. In total, over 300 people have been safely evacuated through our temporary facilities in Western Ukraine and Warsaw. We’ve done a lot for our team and now we’re committed to helping others in our industry.
If this relocation option is of interest to you or your friends, please fill out the form below:
You’ll be contacted by our HR team in Warsaw to set up a quick technical assessment and get information about your legal documents. We’ll start working with our attorneys and our clients right away.
It depends on your circumstances, but we aim to finalize the whole process, including the search for a long-term rental for you to live in, in 2-4 weeks.
Yes, we can provide you with all the logistics on how to get to Warsaw safely. We can also accommodate you in our temporary facility in Western Ukraine. However, please bear in mind that Ukraine is under martial law, and as a result men aged 18-60 are unable to leave. Please refer to updates on exceptions on the Ukraine government’s official websites.
No, but to legally work for our office in Warsaw on a full-time employment contract, you have to be in Poland. We offer a remote work-from-home option that requires you to visit our office in Warsaw only once every two weeks.
Yes, you can live in any EU country. However, in this case, our attorneys won’t be able to assist you with your paperwork. You’ll have to arrange your work permit at your destination by yourself. We will also have different contract engagement (details to be provided).
Besides the standard provisions for the industry, we ask for a minimum commitment of 18 months.
In comparison with Ukraine, the Polish job market is more mature and well-established and has clear salary brackets. During your quick technical assessment with our team, you’ll be placed at the junior, mid-level, senior, or principal level.
Occasionally, yes. You can work from any of our offices, either in Kharkiv, Kyiv, Warsaw, or Central Florida. Any number of short trips to Ukraine for a few days or even weeks is not a problem.
We provide flexibility around this. We understand that renting long-term in Warsaw might be expensive, especially with so many refugees coming into the country from Ukraine. So, we expect that you may try to find a home in the suburbs and small towns around the city. Our new office is located close to a subway station (500 m) and various other public transportation options, including the central train station (15 mins).
It’s in the heart of downtown Warsaw (Grzybowska Street) where there is a lot to do. You’ll find it similar to Sumskaya Street in Kharkiv or the Arsenal Office Park area in Kyiv.
