The UAT Tester is responsible for supporting the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the IDMP Reltio MDM system, ensuring it meets business requirements and quality standards. The role includes creating and executing test cases, validating system functionality, documenting test results, identifying defects, and collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure successful system implementation and compliance with established testing procedures.

Job responsibilities:

Participate in the end-to-end UAT testing and validation of the IDMP Reltio MDM system for all data entities to ensure the product functions according to the client’s business requirements.

General responsibilities include:

  • Apply the required client standards and testing procedures throughout the project planning and execution process to ensure compliance and high-quality UAT deliverables
  • Generate test scripts to validate system functionality and proposed enhancements by creating test cases based on user requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Review test cases to identify potential errors (e.g., typographical, grammatical, or logical issues) and clarify any ambiguous steps before execution
  • Execute test scripts (both informal and formal) to verify that actual results match expected outcomes
  • Analyze UAT results, identify defects, investigate root causes, and support issue resolution
  • Complete UAT testing and validation documentation in accordance with client standards and procedures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional business and technical teams throughout the UAT lifecycle

Preferred qualifications and skills:

  • Significant experience in system development processes and testing procedures
  • Extensive working knowledge and experience with quality-related activities such as test planning, execution, analysis, documentation
  • Capable of scheduling and planning the end-to-end UAT testing and validation process and the workload related to this
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and be a good team player as well
  • Solid time management skills to meet and respect tight deadlines
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines without compromising on quality
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication)
  • Good communicator to facilitate successful collaboration with different stakeholders and provide regular UAT progress overview
