The role is focused on building a single, intuitive analytics layer that brings together data, models, dashboards, and insights into one Fabric-based experience. The primary goal is to support predictable fulfillment, operational visibility, and data-driven decision making across a large, complex logistics organization.

You will work closely with business, product, and engineering teams to translate operational data into clear, actionable insights using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and various integrated analytics services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Operations teams to identify high-impact analytics use cases related to fulfillment performance, forecasting, capacity planning, and operational predictability.
  • Design, build, and deliver analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including Power BI, Data Engineering, and Data Factory components.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis within Fabric to uncover trends, bottlenecks, risks, and anomalies in logistics and fulfillment data.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, practical visual stories that support planning and operational decisions.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers to support data ingestion, transformation, and feature preparation using Fabric pipelines.
  • Design and own a single-pane-of-glass analytics experience, integrating dashboards, reports, semantic models, and shared data assets into a consistent and intuitive interface.
  • Optimize dashboard and report performance across Fabric workspaces to ensure fast load times and smooth user interaction.
  • Collaborate with UX and User Research teams to conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iteratively improve usability.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for Fabric datasets, models, metrics, and reusable BI components to support scalable delivery.
  • Work closely with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Engineers to understand data structures and select the most effective modeling and visualization approaches.
  • Present concepts, prototypes, and final solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as business needs evolve.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications in data, analytics, or Azure, such as Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate or Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
  • Hands-on experience with Real-Time Analytics and Data Activator within Microsoft Fabric.
  • Working knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts, particularly in support of predictive and operational use cases.
  • Familiarity with other modern data platforms, such as Databricks, and an understanding of how they complement or differ from Fabric.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot-style capabilities.
  • Practical experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
