Data Analyst (Power BI, Python)

Intego Clinical is expanding its Data & Analytics practice in Poland. We’re looking for talented individuals to join our growing team!

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing interactive dashboards, transforming and analyzing data, supporting data quality initiatives, and contributing to AI proof-of-concept projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that support business decision-making and continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities:

The role of the Data Analyst is to transform complex data into meaningful business insights through advanced analytics, visualization, and reporting. You will contribute to the development of scalable reporting solutions while ensuring data quality and supporting modern cloud-based analytics platforms.

General responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop advanced reports and data visualization/business intelligence dashboards in Power BI
  • Perform the necessary data transformations within the Microsoft Azure environment using Databricks
  • Analyze data, draw appropriate conclusions and derive insights
  • Support the development of data quality checks in Python
  • Support AI PoCs

General qualifications:

  • Very good knowledge and experience in Power BI and Python, minimum 3 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of SQL for data transformations
  • Willingness to learn basics of Microsoft Azure, Databricks and Github, to be able to deploy developed solutions
  • Fluent English
  • At least Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field – Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related field

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in working in Microsoft Azure
  • Experience in performing data transformations in Databricks
  • Experience in natural sciences or related field
  • The following will be an additional advantage:
    • Experience/ knowledge of Azure Data Factory and ETL processes
    • Knowledge of DevOps methodologies
    • Knowledge and/or experience with using or building CI/CD tools
